COMPLETE ESCROW AND SHIPPING SERVICE

Usually we take part at the selling process by offering our complete escrow and shipping services. We are not just a regular escrow service, we have the infrastructure to conduct an authorized pre-buy inspection on all type of vehicles.

There are a few situations that we currently handle:

- the seller and the buyer have already agreed and discussed the details regarding the transaction and they want to use our escrow (with vehicle inspection) and shipping services; the funds are transferred to the escrow account but the seller will be paid at the end of the transaction;
- you are a seller/buyer and you want to sell/buy a vehicle; after have analyzed your case we will present our offer; usually the transaction takes place like in the case above;
- there are cases (in which the offer is too good) when we buy a vehicle directly from the seller; in this case the seller is paid the same day.

Easy
Steps to a secure transaction

The seller informs Buyer about the transaction details.

Buyer and seller agree on the transaction terms and a selling price. Seller contacts World Express LTD with the transaction details;

We check the merchandise and the documents.

World Express LTD accepts the transaction and offers purchase protection to the buyer, if the transaction is declined, no further action is required from either the buyer or the seller;

Buyer deposits the funds to our secured non-interest bearing trust account.

The buyer sends payment to World Express LTD Security Center and confirms payment by fax or E-mail. When payment is received, it will be verified and secured into a non-interest trust account. After payment is secured, the seller is notified by World Express LTD to start the shipping process to the Buyer

Buyer must inspect and confirm if the vehicle/ merchandise corresponds.

Buyer receives the merchandise and has fifteen (15) days to inspect it. If it is as expected and as what agreed over, the buyer should accept the merchandise. If he refuses the merchandise by any valid reason, the buyer must ship the merchandise back to the seller at the seller's expense within three (3) business days.

Our company pays the Seller and the transaction is closed.

Upon the inspection period, buyer must contact World Express LTD with the result of the inspection. If buyer refuses the merchandise, a full refund will be sent to the buyer after the tracking number for the returning shipment is verified.
