Re: Full Payment Of Your Fund.

Acting in our capacity as newly appointed Trustee Agents for Government of Federal Republic of Nigeria, for the last quarter of 2013 fiscal year, We have reviewed all the obstacles and problems surrounding the transfer of your Unpaid Fund and your inability to meet up with some charges levied against you due to the past transfer options, An "ISPO" Irrevocable Standing Payment Order has been issued on your payment with a special instruction by the International Bank of Settlement Financial Monitoring Team to issue you an ATM DEBIT CARD where your payment will be uploaded.
