Instructions


Send us an email with your Order Form typed in the below format. Attach your photo to the email.

If you use hotmail or live or yahoo, sign up for a gmail account to email us. Otherwise our emails might be in your spam folder.


1. The state you want- New York or Delaware or NC or TN (or specify 2 of those for combo package)
2. First and FULL MIDDLE and Last name
3. Street address
4. City and zipcode
5. Your Date of Birth
6. Your Eye Color
7. Your Height
8. Your Weight
9. Your card Issue Date
10. Attach your .jpeg picture taken by a digital camera
11. Your REAL full name and mailing address of where you would like your ID sent

(We apply realistic looking signatures onto the IDs, if you want to use your custom signature, attach it with your picture)

We will email you payment info within 24 hours from the time you email us (usually within 12 hours)

If you have a Group Order

Email us your Order Forms and attach your pictures to your email the same exact way. Please limit picture attachments to 5 photos per email (send multiple emails if you have more than 5 pictures to send).

Once you email us your Order Forms, within 24 hours we'll email you with the Western Union payment instructions.

Once you complete payment, please allow 6-9 days for your IDs to arrive
(our IDs are shipped discreetly from inside the US).
