When you import or export vehicles or just buy and sell used vehicles, a risk of fraud always exists. We act as a neutral third party to ensures that neither the Seller or the Buyer has access to the vehicle and payment at the same time.

Buyers are protected because the Seller isn't paid until the Buyer has inspected the vehicle and confirmed the purchase.
Sellers are protected because Royals Ltd. verifies when payment by the Buyer has been made and secured. Not until then is the vehicle shipped.

Five easy steps to a safe transaction

Buyer and Seller Agree to the Transaction Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information.

Buyer Sends the Payment
The Buyer pays Granas and our billing department validates the payment. Processing time varies by payment method and country. The Seller is notified of the payment status.

Granas Ships the Merchandise to the Buyer
After payment is secure, Granas ships the merchandise and submits tracking information. Granas verifies that the Buyer receives the merchandise. Delivery times vary by Buyer location.

Buyer Receives the Merchandise
The Buyer has a set number of days for inspecting the vehicle and the option to accept or reject.

Seller Receives the Payment
Granas pays the Seller by the method chosen by the Seller. The transaction is complete.
