How Does Shipp Associates Escrow Work?

1. The Buyer and the Seller Agree to Terms Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the vehicle, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information.

3. The Seller ships the merchandise Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Both parties can sign in and use the tracking information to follow the shipment.

4. The Buyer Accepts the Merchandise After the goods are received, the Buyer has the Inspection Period* to value the purchase. When the Buyer accepts the merchandise or the inspection period expires (at which point, the Buyer automatically accepts), the disbursement of payment will begin.

5. SHIPP ASSOCIATES LTD Pays the Seller If the Buyer accepts the merchandise, the Seller will be paid. SHIPP ASSOCIATES LTD will send the funds in the account of the seller. The transaction is completed.

* This gives the Seller peace of mind, the Seller does not ship the vehicle until the full payment is verified, so he is protected from fraudulent checks and money order scams. SHIPP ASSOCIATES do not release the money to the Seller until the vehicle has been received and approved by the Buyer.
