Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
After registering at Fcec.com, both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information.


- GCT - Transport confirms Custody and Condition of vehicle.
GCT - Transport will keep the vehicle in his custody during the transaction, ensuring its integrity and guaranteeing its delivery in the stated condition.

- GCT - Transport inspects the Vehicle. The vehicle is inspected by our specialists, resulting the Vehicle Inspection Report. The Buyer may view the vehicle inspection report before deciding to deposit the funds and have the vehicle delivered to his location.

Buyer Pays GCT - Transport
The buyer transfers the purchase price to one of our escrow accounts (money transfer). GCT - Transport verifies the payment. Processing time varies by payment method.

- Having the guarantee that the vehicle is as described in the vehicle inspection report, the buyer completes and confirms payment to an Escrow bank account.

- We require by case, full payment or a partial deposit of total vehicle payment (depending on vehicle type, age and condition, as well as depending on sellers request). This deposit is required by our insurance company to approve the transport to Buyer's location for a 3 up to 7 days inspection period.


Seller Ships Merchandise
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. GCT - Transport verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment.

- Having the guarantee that the payment it's confirmed, Seller ship merchandise using our company cargo service to the Buyer provided address.

Buyer Accepts the Merchandise
The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and the option to accept or reject the merchandise.

- After the insurance deposit is confirmed, the vehicle will be delivered to buyer for a 3 up to 7 days inspection and test.
During or after this period, the buyer must confirm satisfactory or unsatisfactory the vehicle. If the buyer rejects the vehicle, he will be 100% refunded.
If vehicle is confirmed satisfactory, the buyer will complete the rest of payment (if needed) and the seller is paid.

GCT - Transport Pays the Seller
GCT - Transport pays the Seller by the method selected by the Seller. The transaction is complete.

- A successful, safe and satisfactory transaction is complete!
