We currently send around a million packages a year, to destinations all over the world. Through our automated booking system, you can arrange your collections online 24 hours a day.

Customer care is of utmost importance to us, and even though our systems are automated please feel free to call our Customer Service team during working hours with any questions.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, but if you have an urgent query out of working hours you can e-mail us and we will respond as soon as possible. Regular users can register customer account with us free of charge and receive extra discounts, order management and other benefits.

We serve over 80 major markets; in addition we work with charter and commercial airlines - so your package is there when you need it to be. Our planes depart up to 5 hours later than commercial flights and major overnight air couriers and arrive at least 2 hours earlier than anyone else. Our services offer the latest pick-up times and earliest delivery times in the industry. We routinely transport highly important cargo such as medical specimens, Museum pieces, Operating Room supplies, telecommunications repair parts, computers, paychecks, media tapes for our customers on time-critical schedules

With our competitive rates and easy to use, secure booking facilities, you can now arrange to have your parcel collected from any address you choose, and arrange for it to be delivered to almost any destination in the world. For years, our goal has been to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, while offering knowledgeable and friendly service at affordable rates.We know that you have a choice of courier service providers in the area and we appreciate your consideration.


Our hope is that you'll feel confident in our ability to meet all of your expectations and know that our customers are always our number one focus. In the event that a shipment sent via Overnight Carrier is misrouted or not delivered and upon provision of the way bill number and station location, May Security and Financial Group will dispatch a courier to retrieve the shipment and deliver it to the recipient. Please note: you would need to arrange for the release of the package through the Overnight Carriers Customer Service. Occasionally you may be required by them to fax a release authorizing the release of the package to the station. For this to run smoothly, May Security and Financial Group also needs the station hours and the expected time for the package to be returned to the station. Please notify May Security and Financial Group the moment you know this service is needed.

To request door-to-door service, call us at least 90 minutes prior to pick up – for locations further away from airports, please call as soon as you know when the package will be ready. May Security and Financial Group will need the size and weight of the package, as well as to know its contents. Dangerous Goods must be properly packaged & labeled in accordance to all laws and regulations and a Declaration of Dangerous Goods needs to be completed on the appropriate paper.
