Good day,
I guess you are doing good today! Introducing myself, I am Barrister Francis E. Tagro, the personal lawyer to late Mr. Ben, a client of mine, whom has a servicing firm affiliated with the British Petroleum Company in Ivory Coast.
Late Mr. Ben was awarded a contract worth Twenty Four Million, five hundred thousand United States Dollar when he was alive and immediately this contract was signed, an initial amount of Ten Million United States Dollar was paid to him as mobilization fee to kick off the contract. He duly completed this contract pending when his remaining balance of Fourteen Million five hundred thousand Dollar will be paid to him. On 16th of July 2012, my late client and two of his children were involved in an auto car accident along Daloa express road in Ivory Coast. Unfortunately, all the occupants including the driver in the vehicle lost their lives. May their soul rest in peace.
Not too long after his untimely death, his outstanding balance of Fourteen Million five hundred thousand Dollar was approved and deposited in a Bank here. Right now the funds are still floating unclaimed in a fixed deposit account of the offshore correspondence payment center here.
I have reasoned very professionally and I feel it will be legally proper to present you as the deceased relative so that you can be paid the remaining balance of my late client contract funds left in the Bank. The British petroleum company has issued me a notice as the Attorney to the deceased to provide the relative, Next of Kin or have the Account confiscated in a short period of time and since this noticed, I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over a some months that I have been searching.
I seek your concept to present you as the Next of Kin or family member to the deceased since you are at an advantage bearing the same surname, so that the proceeds of this remaining balance of her contract funds valued at Fourteen Million five hundred thousand United States Dollar can be paid to you. We shall both share the funds; 60% for me and 40% for you as we proceed.
I have all the necessary Legal Documents that will be used to back up our claim. All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see this project through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement.
Thanks & best regards to you and your family.
